Elecnor’s Quality System was certified by AENOR in 1995 pursuant to Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008.

Among the primary aspects undertaken we hereby include:

  • Managing customer satisfaction
  • Establishing a system of indicators which measures process efficiency
  • Consolidating the continuous improvement in the process of defining and implementing corrective, preventative and improvement measures
  • Performing all scheduled activities to maintain the Integrated Management System
