Areas of activity

Social infrastructure.

This area includes all programmes that aim to improve the living conditions of people residing in underdeveloped and isolated regions, who have difficulty accessing essential resources such as energy and drinking water. These programmes are carried out in the developing countries in which Elecnor has a presence. The aim is to create social infrastructures by naturally projecting what Elecnor does best to benefit those most in need.

Training and research.

Another pillar of the Elecnor Foundation involves professional and occupational training linked to the different branches and disciplines of engineering. The company particularly strives to manage the talent of young Spanish and foreign individuals.

In the programmes, agreements and university chairs that this area encompasses, the objective is to promote the expansion of knowledge and its practical application. As is the case in other areas, the activities are run in parallel to Elecnor's projects, drawing on its resources and focusing on its fields of operation.
